Terms of Service

Fastgrowing designs and builds growth marketing, AI marketing and AI-driven operating systems for businesses — acquisition, conversion and automation work spanning paid media, search visibility (including AI Search), CRM and workflow automation.

The Site also publishes free tools that generate a report from information you provide — among them the AI Search Sprint pages and the Growth System Diagnostic. Requesting one of these does not create a contract for paid services; it is an enquiry, and we reply with what we found.

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: reading it, and submitting a form to reach us or request a report. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's contact details.
• Use a form, script or automated tool to submit requests faster than a person reasonably could, or to send spam.
• Attempt to access, scan or interfere with parts of the Site or its infrastructure that are not intended for public use.
• Copy, scrape or republish the Site's content at scale without our written permission.

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaches this section.

Every form on the Site — the discovery form, the AI Search Sprint forms, the Growth Diagnostic form — is a request for us to get in touch, not a purchase, and submitting one places you under no obligation.

Where we say a reply takes a certain amount of time (for example, one business day), that is a target rather than a guarantee. Reports and diagnostics are built from what you submit and from what is publicly readable about your business at the time; they are a starting point for a conversation, not a certified audit.

A minimal anti-spam check runs on submission — a hidden field a human never sees, and a check that the form was not filled in faster than a person plausibly could. Submissions that fail either check are not processed.

We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, a ranking, a conversion rate or any other marketing outcome, on the Site or in a paid engagement, and we are wary of anyone in this industry who does — no one controls what a search engine, an ad platform or an AI assistant does with a given page.

Figures shown on the Site, including case studies and aggregate statistics, describe results achieved for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a prediction of results for any other business.

The Site's design, text, graphics and code belong to Fastgrowing or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not otherwise copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.

Trademarks and logos of third parties that appear on the Site — for example, the platforms named in the section on the tools we work with — belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify those platforms, not to claim any association with or endorsement by them.

Ownership of any deliverable produced under a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's own contract, not in these terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including platforms we integrate with and services we book meetings through. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

The Site and everything on it, including free diagnostics and reports, is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Fastgrowing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site — as distinct from a paid engagement, which is governed by its own contract — is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for using it, which for the Site itself is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be brought before the courts of the Republic of Estonia at the registered seat of Fastgrowing.
