1. Who we are

fastgrow.ing is operated by UTECH INNOVATIONS OÜ, registry code 16650622, VAT number EE102780448, registered at Ehitajate tee 110, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Fastgrowing is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

We only collect what a form on the Site asks you for. Three shapes of form run on the Site today, and each collects a different, minimal set of fields:

Discovery form (/contact)
Name, email, and optionally a phone number and a message describing what you want to talk about.
AI Search Sprint forms
Your website address and email — enough to run the free check the page offers.
Growth Diagnostic form
Name, website address, email, and your tick confirming you agree to be contacted about the diagnostic.

We also collect a small amount of technical data automatically when you submit a form: the time of submission, and how long the form was open before you submitted it, which we use only to filter out automated spam. The Site also runs Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking under Google Consent Mode: they set cookies only if you accept the cookie banner, and otherwise send Google only anonymous signals — see the Cookie Policy for exactly what each does and why.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and, where you requested one, to prepare and send the diagnostic, audit or roadmap you asked for — necessary to take the steps you requested before any contract exists.
  • To follow up about a possible engagement, where you have given us your details for that purpose — our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
  • To filter spam and abusive submissions, using the timing signal described above — our legitimate interest in keeping the forms usable.
  • To meet legal, accounting or tax obligations, where a submission becomes a client relationship — necessary for legal compliance.

4. How long we keep it

We keep a submission for as long as it takes to respond to it and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, and delete it if nothing further develops. If a submission turns into a client relationship, we keep the related data for the life of that relationship and for as long afterwards as accounting and tax law in Estonia requires.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Site or respond to enquiries — for example, email delivery or CRM tools — and any such provider is contractually bound to use it only on our instructions and to protect it.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.

6. Cookies

The Site asks for your consent, through a banner, before Google Tag Manager or Google Ads conversion tracking may set any cookie; the latter sets one cookie on every visit once you accept, and if you decline, Google receives only anonymous signals that carry no identifier. See our Cookie Policy at fastgrow.ing/legal/cookies, which is part of this policy, for exactly what that cookie is, how consent works, and what changes if another tag is ever added.

7. International transfers

Fastgrowing is based in Estonia, in the European Union, and personal data is processed there. Where a service provider we use is based outside the EU/EEA, we only use providers that offer an adequate level of protection, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
  • Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent — for example, the follow-up you agreed to on the Growth Diagnostic form.

To exercise any of these, write to be@fastgrow.ing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted their data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes — most notably if we add a further tag that sets analytics or advertising cookies, at which point this section and the Cookie Policy will be updated together, and consent requested first where the law requires it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about your data, can be sent to be@fastgrow.ing, or by post to UTECH INNOVATIONS OÜ, registry code 16650622, VAT number EE102780448, registered at Ehitajate tee 110, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia.
